Seeded Crackers

Looking for a Low Carb, Keto friendly recipe?

Or maybe just looking for a healthier substitute to the normal dried biscuits then this recipe is for you.

Curry Seeded Crackers.



  • 1&1/2 cups sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup linseeds
  • 1/2 cup sesme seeds
  • 3 Tblsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tsp sea salt (reduce if you find this too salty, but make first before you decide)
  • 2 tsp of curry powder (also nice with Garam Masala, or seasoning of your choice, or leave it out all together)

How to make them.

  1. Place all ingredients and 1&1/2 cups warm water into a bowl and stir until well combined.
  2. Leave to stand t room temp for 10 minutes, stir again.
  3. Sit until mixture thickens and has a gel-like consistency.
  4. Preheat oven to 160 and line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
  5. Spread the seed mixture thinly and evenly over the trays. Make sure there are no gas but it is spread as thin as you can. You may need an extra layer of baking paper on top to smooth it out.
  6. Bake for aprox 1hr until crisp and lighty golden. Different ovens will vary so keep an eye on your oven from about 45mins.
  7. Allow to cool completely on the tray. Snap or cut into rough pieces.
  8. Serve with your favourite dip, spread or cheese and enjoy,
  9. Store left overs in an air tight container
