While we would like to think you would never need to return anything just in case the need arises....
When do we offer a Return or Refund?
- If for some reason you are sent the wrong item we will happily send you a replacement and pay the postage to return your incorrect item. We check you order carefully before it leaves us so we hope it never happens, but if it does just send us a quick email and we will get the problem resolved as quick as possible. Please don't open your product if you have received the wrong item.
- If you product arrives and is damaged or faulty we will happily refund your money and send you a replacement. We will ask you to send us a picture before the refund is provided so we can address shipping issues with our couriers and faults if the arise with manufacturers.
- If your product arrives and you don't feel it matches the description provided, eg you thought it was strawberry but it was actually mango. It said 1kg but you received 500gm etc. In these instances we will happily send you a replacement or a refund but give us a call so we can have a chat and discuss your individual circumstance to come up with a solution that will work for you.
When do we NOT offer a Return or Refund?
- Please check your order carefully at the checkout. If you make the wrong selection we won't be providing a refund. We can however work with you to still come up with a solution. Whether that's paying an additional cost to upgrade your item to another or swapping your incorrectly ordered item for the item you meant to order. In this example you may be required to pay shipping to send us back the incorrect item.
- Different products provide different results for different people so unfortunately we are unable to supply you with a refund if you achieved a different result to that of a friend.
- We stock a range of weightloss and thermogenic products. We choose each one carefully and only chose products that have provided proven results...however these, like all products work differently for different people. Although they are great products, they are also not magic ;) All products will only work as well as the diet and exercise that accompanies them. We will happily provide you with tips and assistance to ensure you get the most out of every product you purchase however we are unable to provide you with a refund if a product does not provide you with the weight loss you may have desired given the many variables involved. - Choose you flavour carefully. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund if you simply don't like the taste of the product or you chose the wrong flavour for you. The product is not necessarily bad you're just not that into it ;)
